Chapter: Whomever Is Cursed, Reviled Or Prayed Against By The Prophet (SAW) When He Does Not Deserve That, It Will Be Purification, Reward And Mercy For Him
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
O Allah, I am a human being and for any person amongst Muslims upon whom I hurl malediction or invoke curse or give him whipping make it a source of purity and mercy. - Sahih:Muslim:2601a (islam)
-Can you be forgiven a sin if Mohamed Whip you?
- Can you be purified if Mohamed hurls a malediction on you?
- Is it convenient for Mohamed?
The [unmarried] woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse - lash each one of them with a hundred lashes, and do not be taken by pity for them in the religion of Allah, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment. - Quran:An-Nur 24:2 (islam)
-Why use violence as a deterrent for anything, does it work?
- Is it a Merciful God?
- What counts like Fornication?
- Is touching fornication (Salihin 1622)?
O you who have believed, prescribed for you is legal retribution for those murdered - the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But whoever overlooks from his brother anything, then there should be a suitable follow-up and payment to him with good conduct. This is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy. But whoever transgresses after that will have a painful punishment. - Quran:Al-Baqarah 2:178 (islam)
-Is it valid today?
- What happen if someone killed by accident your daughter, is it fair to kill his daughter?
- Why would you punish an innocent for the crime of another person, is it moral?
- Does God really command us to do so, or is it only the remnant of some laws created 6 thousand years ago?
- Why do we need to follow it now?
Chapter: When A Boy Should Be Ordered To Offer As-Salat
Narrated As-Saburah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Command a boy to pray when he reaches the age of seven years. When he becomes ten years old, then beat him for prayer. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:494 (islam)
-Is it physical beating?
- Who beats him?
- Is it lightly?
Chapter: When A Boy Should Be Ordered To Offer As-Salat
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Command your children to pray when they become seven years old, and beat them for it (prayer) when they become ten years old; and arrange their beds (to sleep) separately. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:495 (islam)
-What will happen to a father who don't want to beat his son?
- Can you disobey to Mohamed without risking Hell (Quran 4:65)?
Chapter: Whoever saw his wife with another man and killed him
Narrated Al-Mughira:
Sa`d bin Ubada said, "If I found a man with my wife, I would kill him with the sharp side of my sword." When the Prophet (ﷺ) heard that he said, "Do you wonder at Sa`d's sense of ghira (self-respect)? Verily, I have more sense of ghira than Sa`d, and Allah has more sense of ghira than I." - Sahih:Al Bukhari:6846 (islam)
-Can you kill a man because he is with your wife?
- Is it applicable today?
- What if he had suckled one of her tits and drank milk from it, is it ok to let him live (Nasai 3319)?
Chapter: The chapter of those who wage war from the people who are disbelievers and those turned renegades
Narrated Anas:
Some people from the tribe of `Ukl came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and embraced Islam. The climate of Medina did not suit them, so the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered them to go to the (herd of milch) camels of charity and to drink, their milk and urine (as a medicine). They did so, and after they had recovered from their ailment (became healthy) they turned renegades (reverted from Islam) and killed the shepherd of the camels and took the camels away. The Prophet (ﷺ) sent (some people) in their pursuit and so they were (caught and) brought, and the Prophets ordered that their hands and legs should be cut off and that their eyes should be branded with heated pieces of iron, and that their cut hands and legs should not be cauterized, till they die. - Sahih:Al Bukhari:6802 (islam)
-Is it Safe to drink urine?
- What is MERS, is it a SARS like virus, is it a specifically found in Camel Urine and Milk?
- The practice existed before Islam, but why the prophet confirms it?
- Does God really make Camel urine as a medicine for stomach ache?
- Is it OK to kill people like that?
- Is Mohamed the best of Model?
- Is Mohamed supposed to be a gentle person?
- Is he the best model?
- The victims where apostates, why so much Muslims think that Apostasy were rarely punished at the time of the prophet?
- Is it ok to cut hands and legs, branding of eyes with heated iron piece?
Chapter: (What is said) about the urine of camels, sheep and other animals and about their folds
Narrated Abu Qilaba:
Anas said, "Some people of `Ukl or `Uraina tribe came to Medina and its climate did not suit them. So the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered them to go to the herd of (Milch) camels and to drink their milk and urine (as a medicine). So they went as directed and after they became healthy, they killed the shepherd of the Prophet and drove away all the camels. The news reached the Prophet (ﷺ) early in the morning and he sent (men) in their pursuit and they were captured and brought at noon. He then ordered to cut their hands and feet (and it was done), and their eyes were branded with heated pieces of iron, They were put in 'Al-Harra' and when they asked for water, no water was given to them." Abu Qilaba said, "Those people committed theft and murder, became infidels after embracing Islam and fought against Allah and His Apostle ." - Sahih:Al Bukhari:233 (islam)
-Why death by Torture?
- Is it a good thing?

Chapter: The story of (the tribes of) ‘Ukl and ‘Uraina
Narrated Anas:
Some people of the tribe of `Ukl and `Uraina arrived at Medina to meet the Prophet (ﷺ) and embraced Islam and said, "O Allah's Prophet! We are the owners of milch livestock (i.e. bedouins) and not farmers (i.e. countrymen)." They found the climate of Medina unsuitable for them. So Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ordered that they should be provided with some milch camels and a shepherd and ordered them to go out of Medina and to drink the camels' milk and urine (as medicine) So they set out and when they reached Al-Harra, they reverted to Heathenism after embracing Islam, and killed the shepherd of the Prophet and drove away the camels. When this news reached the Prophet, he sent some people in pursuit of them. (So they were caught and brought back to the Prophet (ﷺ) ). The Prophet (ﷺ) gave his orders in their concern. So their eyes were branded with pieces of iron and their hands and legs were cut off and they were left away in Harra till they died in that state of theirs. -Were they killed for retaliation for the sheperd or because of the apostasy?
Chapter: Whoever went out of a land because of its climate and water
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Some people from the tribes of `Ukl and `Uraina came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and embraced Islam and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! We are owners of livestock and have never been farmers," and they found the climate of Medina unsuitable for them. So Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ordered that they be given some camels and a shepherd, and ordered them to go out with those camels and drink their milk and urine. So they set out, but when they reached a place called Al-Harra, they reverted to disbelief after their conversion to Islam, killed the shepherd and drove away the camels. When this news reached the Prophet (ﷺ) he sent in their pursuit (and they were caught and brought). The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered that their eyes be branded with heated iron bars and their hands be cut off, and they were left at Al-Harra till they died in that state. - Sahih:Al Bukhari:5727 (islam)
-Why kill those men with thirst?
Chapter: The ruling on Muharibin and Apostates
Anas b. Malik reported that some people belonging (to the tribe) of 'Uraina came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) at Medina, but they found its climate uncogenial. So Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to them:
If you so like, you may go to the camels of Sadaqa and drink their milk and urine. They did so and were all right. They then fell upon the shepherds and killed them and turned apostates from Islam and drove off the camels of the Prophet (ﷺ). This news reached Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and he sent (people) on their track and they were (brought) and handed over to him. He (the Holy Prophet) got their hands cut off, and their feet, and put out their eyes, and threw them on the stony ground until they died. - Sahih:Muslim:1671a (islam)
-Who can say Mohamed never killed anyone?
A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD. - Bible:OT:Deuteronomy 23:2 (bible torah)
-Is it their fault?
- Why punish the children for their parent's decisions?
- Why until de 10th generation, does the 11the generation will be allowed?
- Why worshipping a God with such a bad morality?
- If you can't access to the assembly, does it mean you go to hell?
Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors. - Quran:Al-Ma'idah 5:32 (islam)
